As many as two children have gone missing from the Bhogeswari Phukanani Civil Hospital premises in Assam’s Nagaon district today.
One of the missing children is three years old, and the other is a ten-year-old girl.
Meanwhile, a hospital nurse alleged that the two children were sold.
The three-year-old child was sold for Rs 8,000, while the youngster was sold by her brother.

According to reports, the mother (Karuna ) of the missing children has been admitted to the hospital for the past few days and was being treated for burn injuries.
However, they both succumbed to their injuries in the hospital on last (Monday) night.
