Assam: One killed in road accident, 2 other minors injured

Guwahati: A 6-year-old minor died and two others were injured on Sunday in a road accident in Assam’s Karbi Anglong district.

The incident took place in the Langdili area in Diphu when they were traveling in a tempo when the driver lost control and overturned.

However, the deceased died on the spot and two other minors sustained severe injuries.

The deceased has been identified as Khoya Terang while the other two injured have been identified as Kalam Terang (7) and Augustine Rangphar.

Augustine currently undergoing treatment at Diphu Medical College while Khoya has been seriously hurt and admitted to ICU.
