Assam man kills wife with help from mother, brother, and second wife
A man has been arrested by police for allegedly killing his wife in Nagaon district of Assam.
The accused has been identified as 35-year-old Abdul Hamid, while the victim has been identified as 30-year-old Montu Begum.
Begum was allegedly killed by Hamid “in connivance with his mother, brother, and second wife.”
This incident has been reported from Pandit Ghat village in Kampur subdivision of Nagaon.
According to the Assam police, Abdul Hamid stabbed his wife to death.
Nagaon police in Assam stated that the accused person has been arrested and sent to judicial custody.
The police are currently searching for the other three suspects in the case.
Khursida Khatun, the second wife of the arrested accused, Halima Khatun, the mother of the arrested accused, and Samed Ali are the other three suspects in the case (brother of arrested accused person).
