Washington:TikTok is going to be banned in america. Three US lawmakers introduced a bill on Tuesday to ban it. The Chinese app has been accused of surveillance on US citizens in that country. New Delhi had banned hundreds of Chinese apps, including TikTok, in India soon after tensions with China flared up in Galwan. This short video app is also going to be banned in the United States on the way to India.
According to a recent report, Republican Marco Rubio, his colleague Mike Gallagher and Democrat Raja Krishnamoorthi have brought this law. Under this law, any social media platform controlled by China and Russia will be banned in the United States.
