New Delhi:Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on a one-day visit to the state at the end of the year. He is scheduled to arrive in Kolkata on Friday, December 30. Modi is scheduled to inaugurate the ‘Vande Bharat’ Express from Howrah station on the same day. Not only that, he is also scheduled to attend a meeting of the National Ganga Council. A list of the Prime Minister’s Friday programmes came out on Monday night.
According to the list, Modi will land at kolkata airport on Friday morning. From the airport, Modi will reach the race course ground by helicopter. From there, the car goes straight to Howrah station. He is scheduled to launch the state’s first ‘Vande Bharat’ Express. From Howrah, ‘Vande Bharat’ will go to New Jalpaiguri. After the start of the train, Modi’s next destination is Gardenreach, the eastern part of the Indian Navy.
