New Delhi: India has already started introducing a nasal Covid vaccine. But not everyone will be able to take this vaccine. Experts say that those who have already received the booster vaccine will not be able to take Incovac, the nasal COVID vaccine that can be taken through Bharat Biotech.
“Nasal Covid vaccine can be taken as the first booster vaccine,” N K Arora, head of the National Technical Group on Immunization (NTAGI), told reporters. If someone has already received the booster vaccine, he/she will not be given nasal Covid vaccine. This vaccine is for those who have not yet received the booster vaccine. If someone books the nasal vaccine for the fourth time on the Co-WIN portal, it will not be accepted.
