Pharmexcil, the country’s highest drug export board, has canceled the membership of the company.
Pharmexcil, which comes under the Union government’s Ministry of Industry and Commerce, has told the pharmaceutical companies concerned that India has been “defamed” in the world for them. India’s pharmaceutical industry will suffer due to this. No one else can trust India in making medicines in the future. Therefore, it has been decided to cancel their membership of Pharmexcil. As a result, Pharmexcil will no longer be able to export medicines abroad.
