Mumbai:The actor’s flat has been lying vacant for two and a half years after Sushant’s death. A new tenant was finally found.On June 14, 2020, actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s body was found hanging from an elite residence in Bandra. Initial speculation was that the hero of ‘Kedarnath’ had committed suicide. There has been a lot of uproar over the years. Since then, the flat has been empty. The flat was neither rented nor sold. However, after two and a half years, the tenant was found in Sushant’s last residence.
There are four bedrooms, adjacent bathrooms, kitchen and a roof. Two and a half years later, it became difficult to find a tenant. Finally, a new tenant is coming to the flat. It is heard that an expatriate Indian has rented the flat. For which the person will pay a monthly rent of Rs 5 lakh. He is keeping a deposit of about Rs 30 lakh.
