New Delhi:A case has been registered against Mishra under sections 354, 294, 509, 510 of the Indian Penal Code. If the allegations against him are found to be true, Shankar may have to go to jail for a term of up to three years.
Shankar Mishra was arrested from Bengaluru for urinating on a co-passenger on an Air India flight. Shankar’s arrest was reported by Delhi Police officials. The accused passenger, Shankar Mishra, was the vice-president of india of the US multinational financial institution. The US company fired him from his job yesterday. On November 26 last year, shankar allegedly urinated on a woman co-passenger while he was drunk in the business class of Air India’s New York-Delhi flight. The woman passenger is in her 70s.
