New Delhi:The richest 21 Indian billionaires have assets of more than 700 million Indians, a new report by Oxfam India has revealed. The report said that since the beginning of the Corona epidemic till November last year, the wealth of billionaires in India has seen an increase of 121%, or in real terms, Rs 3,608 crore per day.
According to Oxfam India’s new report “Survival of the Richest: The India Story”, while in 2021 just 5% of Indians owned more than 62% of the total wealth in the country, the bottom 50% owned only 3%.
