Jallikattu: More than 60 people injured in bull attack during bullfighting in Tamil Nadu’s Madurai

New Delhi:More than 60 people were injured in a bull attack during a bullfight in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. Around 60 people were injured at a Jallikattu function in Avaniapuram in Madurai, police said. Of the injured, 20 were reportedly seriously injured.

“Around 60 of us have been injured, 20 are in a slightly critical condition and have been referred to Rajaji Hospital,” a top official said. 40 others with minor injuries have been given first aid. No one has died.
