Patna:It is alleged that two people died after consuming spurious liquor . At least 12 people are sick.On Sunday, a man was taken to a hospital in Bihar’s Siwan area with abdominal pain. Doctors declared him dead. Another person died before he could be taken to the hospital, police said.
The deceased were identified as Janak Bin alias Janak Prasad and Naresh Bin. They are residents of Bala village in Nabiganj upazila of Siwan. On Sunday evening, Janak and Naresh alleged that they were suffering from unbearable pain in their stomachs. Relatives took both of them to the hospital. But the doctors declared them dead.
