Mumbai: The commercial city of Mumbai witnessed a massive anti-‘love jihad’ march. The protest march also demanded government intervention against anti-conversion laws and land grabbing in the name of religion. Leaders and activists of several Hindutva outfits such as the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), Bajrang Dal and Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) joined the march on Sunday.

The procession, organised by ‘All Hindu Samaj’, started from Shivaji Park in Dadar in central Mumbai. Covering a distance of more than four kilometres, it ends at Kamgar Maidan in Parel. Apart from the general supporters of the organisations, several leaders and MLAs of the Shiv Sena faction of the BJP and Chief Minister Eknath Shinde also took part in the march.
