Rahul challenges Amit Shah: If there is so much peace in Kashmir, then walk from Jammu to Lal Chowk in Srinagar
New Delhi: The government has been declaring that peace has returned to the Valley after the abrogation of Article 370 of the Constitution from Kashmir. But in the meantime, the neighbouring scholars of the Valley continue to be the target of terrorist attacks. In the meantime, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has challenged Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
Challenging Amit Shah, Rahul Gandhi said that if there is real peace in Kashmir, then shah should walk from Jammu to Lal Chowk in Srinagar. Responding to a question on whether peace continues in Jammu and Kashmir, Rahul Gandhi said: “Selective people have been killed, bomb blasts have taken place in the state, the security forces indicate that the situation is not good… If the BJP thinks the situation is good, why doesn’t Amit Shah walk from Jammu to Lal Chowk? “
