Guwahati:Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma termed the budget presented by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman as historic.
The Chief Minister also said that this budget will strengthen the economic foundation.This budget will have a positive impact on all sections of the society.
He thanked the Finance Minister for giving more financial autonomy to the states in encouraging capital investment.
