New Delhi: The technology sector across the world has been in recession since the beginning of 2023. Almost every day thousands of people are losing their jobs in various technology companies. Many companies, including Twitter and Google, are running raids. Around 1,06,950 employees from across the tech industry lost their jobs in January 2023, according to a survey.
The same was 50,573 and 40,368 employees in November and December last year, respectively. But in the opening month of the new year, many more people have lost their jobs in the technology sector in the previous two months.
