Ankara:In Turkey and Syria, the number of deaths is steadily increasing due to earthquakes. That number currently exceeds 3800. The government estimates that 3,830 people have died in the grip of an earthquake in two countries till the time of publishing this report. Of this, 2,379 people have died in Turkey alone. The death toll in Syria has risen to 1,136. The number of injured in the two countries is also a few thousand. The number of dead is also jumping.
At least 5,606 houses in the country have been reduced to rubble, says Turkey’s Disaster and Emergency Management Department. It is feared that many people are still trapped in the rubble. The administrations of the two countries are apprehensive that the number of deaths may increase at the same time. Already various countries of the world have extended the hand of relief to those two countries.
