New Delhi: The country is in turmoil over the Adani-Hindenburg context. At this time, the Supreme Court has said that there should be a strong mechanism to ensure that the interests of Indian investors are safe in the white market and the investors need to be safe.
The court has now taken up the opinion of the Centre and the regulator to hear the petition filed by Adani Group alleging “increase in the price” of stock. The Ministry of Finance has also provided relevant information on the subject. The court has also recommended strengthening of regulatory mechanisms to protect the interests of investors.
