Stop supply of weapons to Ukraine, stop the war, big protest rally in Berlin

Berlin: It’s been a year since Russia invaded Ukraine. At least 10,000 people took to the streets of Berlin today to protest against the supply of weapons to Ukraine, wishing an end to the war. They staged a protest against the German government. The protesters demanded an end to the war and not to send weapons to Ukraine.

According to Berlin police, 10,000 people have gathered in front of The Brandenburg Gate in central Berlin. Around 1,400 police personnel were deployed on the streets to deal with the situation. The protesters were warned not to wear army uniform and not to carry the Russian flag. A police spokesman said the rally was peaceful. Police also said no one from any right-wing party was seen at the rally.
