‘Every major city of India should have a road named after Kashmir’: Sadhguru at Kashmiri Pandit event
Spiritual leader Sadhguru has said that every major city of the country should have a road, square or a square in the name of Kashmir. In fact, he has spoken on the atrocities on Kashmiri Pandits. He says that everyone in India should know what happened to Kashmiri Pandits.
“We need to capture this narrative. I am thinking of a solution. I have spoken about this on various aspects of the government but a solution is being demolished by someone because they have the narrative to tell the world. I think it is very important to change the narrative.”
Speaking about creating a narrative, Sadhguru said, “I am speaking all over the country. You can demand from the central government that a tragedy has happened in Kashmir, the injustice done to the people, at least it should be accepted. Every city in the country should have a road, a square or an intersection or a peak or Kashyap Mountain after kashmir,” he said.
He encouraged the community to come up with short clips showing their plight in front of the world and said, “I think you guys should make a film of 10-20 minutes which is like an ad film. Take the pain of different families in it and highlight it. So that the hearts of people in the world can melt. This is very important. We are in an era of technology where theatre is not needed to spread its message.
