India becomes world’s first internet shutdown in riots

New Delhi:India is a peace-loving country. But there is constant unrest inside that country. At least that’s what the world’s internet shutdowns say. It has been seen that India tops the list in terms of internet shut down due to riots and riots all over the world. No other country is close.

According to the International Monitoring Agency for Internet Shutdowns, in 2022, the internet was shut down a total of 187 times at the behest of the administration all over the world. Of these, the internet was shut down 84 times in India alone. The internet has been shut down 103 times in the rest of the world. War-torn Ukraine (Ukraine) is second only to India in terms of internet shutdowns. In 2022, at zelensky’s orders, the internet was shut down 22 times in that country. Which is much less than India.
