‘Govt didn’t keep its word’: Widow of 3 Pulwama jawans killed in Pulwama plea for Euthanasia

New Delhi:Bjp MP Kirori Meena has been sitting on a dharna in Rajasthan with the families of the martyrs for the last few days. The BJP MP also submitted a memorandum to the Governor with the widows of the deceased jawans at the Raj Bhavan. He was stopped by the police when he started moving towards the Chief Minister’s residence from Raj Bhavan. They beat up the widows of the deceased jawans.
February 14, 2019. The entire country was shaken by the terror attack on CRPF jawans in Pulwama. Four years have passed since that incident. In this context, the attack is once again in the headlines. The widows of the three CRPF jawans killed in the attack had recently sought permission for euthanasia. All the three women are residents of Rajasthan. They alleged that the state government had not fulfilled the promises made to them.


The widows of the three jawans have sought governor Kalraj Mishra’s permission to end their lives. Bjp’s Rajya Sabha member Kirori Meena made the claim on Saturday.

Manju Jat, a heroic widow, was injured in the incident. He has been admitted to SMS Hospital. ‘
