Relief to Imran Khan: Court stays arrest warrant
Islamabad:The court finally granted temporary relief to former Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan. The Balochistan High Court has stayed the non-bailable arrest warrant issued against former prime minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party chief Imran Khan.
He gave temporary relief to the provocative speech made by the former Pakistan Prime Minister. A quetta city judge on Thursday issued a warrant against Imran for allegedly making hate speeches against those holding constitutional posts. He ordered the arrest of Imran. Imran had appealed against the order in the high court. The high court allowed the plea and stayed the arrest warrant.
