New Delhi:Abnormal growth of any cell in the body is one of the causes of cancer. To maintain body weight and reduce the risk of cancer, you can keep some foods in your daily diet.

The number of cancer patients is increasing rapidly around the world. In 2018, the number of cancer patients in the country was 2.5 million. In 2020, that number increased to 4.9 million. At present, naturally, that number has exceeded millions. According to the Indian Council of Medical Research, around 1,300 people die of cancer every day.

Breast cancer is more prevalent in girls and lung cancer in boys. According to experts from the World Health Organization (WHO), if cancer continues to spread at this rate, then within the next five years, one person will be infected with cancer in every house. Doctors say that eating too much outside food, oil-spicy foods, excess sugar and flour can also increase the risk of cancer. Abnormal growth of any cell in the body is one of the causes of cancer. This vegetable contains a lot of phytochemical sulforaphane. Which helps to fight cancer cells. Apart from this, the rate of prostate cancer in men has also increased recently. To prevent this deadly disease, broccoli should be kept on the feet of the daily. Broccoli also reduces the risk of breast cancer and colon cancer.
Walnuts

Many people eat dry fruits every day. But did you know that walnuts can reduce the risk of cancer. Walnuts contain selenium which reduces the risk of prostate cancer. To reduce the risk of this deadly disease, walnuts can be kept in the diet daily.

Carrots

Carrots are very useful vegetables. Carrots contain many beneficial ingredients, which reduce the risk of diseases like cancer. Breast cancer, oral cancer, bladder cancer – one can eat carrots regularly to eliminate the risk of these three diseases.
