‘Modi hatao, desh bachao’ poster in Delhi! 100 FIRs filed, 6 arrested

New Delhi:Anti-Modi posters have been put up in various parts of the capital Delhi. The Delhi Police has registered an FIR against 100 people. Six of the accused have already been arrested. More than 2,000 objectionable posters have been recovered.

According to the Delhi Police, several posters were put up on the walls and lamp posts of different areas of Delhi opposing the Prime Minister and The Modi Government. “Modi hatao, desh bachao” is written on some of them and some have been raised slogans against the Centre. Police have registered an FIR against at least 100 people.
Special CP Dipendra Pathak said a van was stopped on its way to the Aam Aadmi Party office. At least 2,000 posters were recovered from there. The van driver claimed that he was asked to deliver the posters to the AAP office. From this, the initial guess of the police is that the Kejriwal government may have been behind the spread of the poster. However, aap has not yet opened its mouth about this.

So far, the Delhi Police has found six accused in the case. The owner of the printing press has also been arrested. He said he had received orders for 50,000 posters with the words ‘Modi hatao, desh bachao’.
