Washington:Gunmen attack a school in the United States (USA) again. On Monday, six people, including three children, were killed when a gunman opened fire at a primary school in Nashville. The police are yet to arrest the attacker. However, preliminary investigation suggests that the gunman had planned for a long time and painted a map of the school and attacked it. Us President Joe Biden strongly condemned the incident.
At around 10 a.m. local time on Monday, the shooting started at The Covenant School in Nashville. According to police sources, the assailant entered through a small door and started firing. Then one after the other, they started firing in the classroom. In some rooms, students and teachers entered the cupboards. After a brief shootout, the gunman fled the school. Three eight-year-old students had died by then. Two other teachers, including the head of the school, also died.
Initially, police said the 28-year-old gunman was identified as Audrey Hale. Audrey, a transgender, was an alumnus of this school. He had been planning to attack the school for quite some time. He collected the necessary weapons, drew a map of the school and kept all the plans in place. He even studied how to avoid punishment with the help of law if caught. Audrey ran away from school after the attack. However, he left behind several documents, from which it was known that he had plans to attack several other places.
