The court has fixed April 15 as the next date of hearing in the case.Ranchi producer Ajay Kumar Singh has filed a case of cheating of Rs 2.5 crore against Ameesha. Ajay alleged that Ameesha and her business partner Krunal Groomer took Rs 2.5 crore from Ajay to do a film called ‘Desi Magic’. But he wasn’t a picture. Ameesha also allegedly did not return the money to him. Ajay has filed a case in a Ranchi court in this regard. Ajay said, “Ameesha had said that the film will be released in June 2018. Which will be beneficial for me. But that didn’t happen. They promised to return the money within two to three months with interest. Ajay said, “He also gave a cheque of Rs 3 crore. But it bounces. After telling them about it, they threatened me by showing pictures of big people with Ameesha. They said they would release the film this year. But I don’t have any such news yet. There has been no statement from the actress on the incident so far.
