History is made. For the first time in India, the metro ran under the Ganges. According to the Kolkata Metro authority, two rakes of the East-West Metro ran under the Ganges on Wednesday (April 12). The rakes that were brought from the depot in Salt Lake Central Park across Bowbazar.
