New Delhi: The wrestlers will continue to fight till they get justice. The agitating wrestlers have filed a petition in the Supreme Court against BJP MP and Wrestler Federation of India (WFI) president Braj Bhushan Charan Singh, who is facing charges of sexual harassment of wrestlers.
Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, appearing for The Delhi Police, told a bench comprising Chief Justice DY Chandrachud and Justice P S Narasimha that if the apex court feels that an FIR should be lodged then it can be done. Mehta said, “We prima facie feel that a preliminary inquiry needs to be conducted before registering an FIR. “
