New Delhi: Assembly elections in Rajasthan will be held this year. He was preceded by ‘Kalpataru’ chief minister Ashok Gehlot. He announced that his government will provide smartphones to 40 lakh women during the Rakhi festival in August. Not only phones, but they will also have three years of free internet! According to rajasthan government estimates, 1,37,82,951 families have been registered under the ‘Chiranjeevi’ scheme for the period ending January 30, 2023. The Gehlot administration will bear the maximum medical expenses of Rs 25 lakh per annum for these families. The women of all these families have been made the head of the family. These women, i.e. more than 1.35 crore people, will get this smartphone (smartphone). But since it is not possible to make such a large number of phones in such a short time, for now 40 lakh women will get this gift.
Ashok Gehlot attended a function in Hanumangarh. And that’s where he made the announcement. “We have decided that this phone will be given to 40 lakh women. But the announcement is not new. The senior Congress leader was seen making this promise while presenting the state budget in 2022. Now he has said that smartphones will be given to 40 lakh women during Rakhi.
