Guwahati: Manabendra Dev Ray ,Director, Directorate of Information and Public Relations, Assam, has handed over the appointment letter to Lakhi Prabha Taid of Dhemaji at his office chamber,Dispur today.

She has been appointed as LDA-cum-Typist under compassionate ground in the DIPRO Office,Charaideo,Sonari .
