At least 11 members of a family, including a one-and-a-half-year-old boy, were killed when a car collided with a truck while they were on their way to a wedding. The accident took place in Chhattisgarh’s Balod district on Wednesday night.
Police said the impact was so loud that the car skidded off. And the sawaris were trapped inside. Ten people died on the spot. Another person died on the way to the hospital. The deceased have been identified as Keshav Sahu (34), Domesh Dhruv (19), Sandhya Sahu (24), Rama Sahu (20), Shailendra Sahu (22), Laxmi Sahu (45), Dharmaraj Sahu (55), Usha Sahu (52), Kyatmansh Sahu (3) and One-and-a-half-year-old Ishan Sahu.
