New Delhi: The discovery of one valuable natural resource after another in the country has now made many happy. ‘White gold’ has been found again in the country in a span of four months. After Jammu and Kashmir this time rajasthan has also found lithium known as ‘white gold’. This discovery is undoubtedly considered important for India.
A lithium mine has been found in Rajasthan’s Degana area, a Rajasthan government official said. The exact amount of lithium found in Rajasthan is yet to be ascertained. According to geological survey of India data, it is believed that more lithium may be found in Rajasthan than was found in Jammu and Kashmir in February.
In February, the Geological Survey of India confirmed lithium deposits in the Salal-Haimana area of Reasi district of Jammu and Kashmir.
