Guwahati: In a bid to open the important services at Singimari Model Hospital, the DC Kamrup on her maiden visit to the hospital on May 4th to inaugurate the services of the additional dialysis unit donated by Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages under its CSR initiatives announced that the important services like maternity, child welfare, ANC check up for pregnant women, OPD would be operated from May 8th at the said hospital.
She also announced that a Gynecologist would be visiting every Tuesday for quality ANC of pregnant women. As per the announcement made by the DC, Kamrup the services like delivery, OPD, ANC check up began in the hospital on May 8th. On that day the hospital successfully delivered its first baby also. Moreover 117 outpatients were given medical support and 61 pregnant women underwent Antenatal checkups through a senior Gynecologist on the same day. In addition to that on May 9th 37 patients, on May 10th 35 patients, on May 11th 38 patients and today 30 patients were given medial support in the OPD of the hospital. The opening of the important services will immensely benefit the people of the greater Singmari area along with the neighboring areas.
