New Delhi: The Congress has won a landslide victory in the Karnataka Assembly elections. However, poll strategist Prashant Kishor (PK) warned the Congress leadership and workers not to get too excited about the victory.
On Wednesday, he said the Congress should not go to the Lok Sabha polls based on the results. In a statement amid his political campaign ‘Jan Sooraj’ yatra in Bihar, PK said the assembly election results should not be taken as an indication of the party’s performance in the Lok Sabha elections.
“I congratulate the Congress for its success in Karnataka. I want to warn them not to go ahead with the Lok Sabha elections based on this result. Pk has taken a break from campaigning for the time being due to a leg injury. He is currently undergoing treatment.
