New Delhi: Ever since the announcement of the decision to demonetise Rs 2,000 notes, questions have been on the minds of the common man. The common people are struggling with the process of how to go to the bank and exchange these notes. In such a situation, the announcement of the State Bank of India has freed the common man a little. The State Bank of India (SBI) has said that rs 2,000 notes can be deposited without any identity card like Aadhaar card. You don’t have to fill up a separate form to deposit notes.

There is a lot of misinformation circulating on the net around the process of depositing notes. The State Bank of India has issued special guidelines to ensure that the common man is not misled by them. According to Sunday’s new guidelines, rs 2,000 notes can be deposited in the bank without any requisition slip. If you want to deposit this note, you do not have to show any kind of identity card in the bank.
