New Delhi: Isro’s fifth successful rocket launch of the year. The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) launched a second-generation satellite on a GSLV series rocket from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota at 11 am today.
This morning, a new feather has been added to the crown of the Indian Space Research Organization. Isro has launched five satellites this year. The state-of-the-art satellite launched today is called NVS-01; The satellite has been launched into space on a GSLV-F12 rocket.
The NVS-01 satellite was launched into space on a GSLV-F12 rocket from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota at 11 am today. This satellite can bring about a breakthrough in India’s communication system.
It is learnt that this satellite system will provide special assistance to aviation. The NVS-01 satellite will help in complex matters like controlling the trajectory of the aircraft, direction, timing. This satellite is said to be the second generation. The satellite will be able to collect data from 1500 km of India and its surrounding areas and help in aviation.
