Although almost everyone knows about the direct and indirect harm that cigarettes pose every year to the lives of millions of people around the world, many people cannot easily give up the bad habit of smoking cigarettes. Smoking cigarettes can cause various diseases including lung cancer, heart disease, stroke, asthma.
According to the World Health Organization, tobacco kills about 8 million people every year out of which 1.2 million die due to exposure to passive smoking. The more difficult it is thought to quit smoking, the easier it is.
