Four days after another train accident, now derailed goods train in Odisha

New Delhi:Another train accident in Odisha as the wounds of the Karmandal accident do not heal. Four days after a train accident at Bahanga Bazar in Balasore, a goods train derailed on Monday. A goods train derailed in Bargarh district. There were no reports of injuries.


The freight train was carrying limestone. It is not yet known what caused the freight train to derail. Police have reached the spot. There is a narrow gauge line between dungri limestone mine and a cement factory in Bargarh. According to railway sources, the goods train has been derailed on the same line. Indian Railways is not connected to this railway line.
