Guwahati: In Assam, there is a growing fear that the flood will again take the form of a catastrophe. Many rivers and tributaries in the state have overflowed due to the rains in the last few days. At the same time, Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has pushed the state’s flood problem to the Centre and China.
Aware of the flood situation in the state Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has urged the Centre to discuss the issue with China before releasing brahmaputra’s water from neighbouring China.
