New Delhi: Compared to 50 years, India is now at peace. This is indicated by the information of the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB), a government body. According to the data, there has been the lowest conflict in India in the last 50 years.
NCRB provides this information on a handful of sangharsh groups registered between 1970 and 2021. Professor Shmika Ravi, a member of the Economic Advisory Council of the Prime Minister of India, posted on Twitter that the conflict in the country has gained considerable traction since Prime Minister Narendra Modi took power in 2014. In 2021, the incidence of mutt violence is at an all-time low.
