New Delhi: The fire broke out near Gangadham Chowk area in Pune, Maharashtra. A fire broke out in a godown on Sunday morning. The fire later spread to several other nearby warehouses. According to news agency ANI, around 20 to 25 godowns have been gutted.
No one was injured in the fire.
Twenty-two fire tenders rushed to the spot to douse the flames. According to the latest reports, the fire fighting work is still going on. According to fire officials, the first fire broke out at a godown in the area at around 9 am on Sunday. It later spread elsewhere. The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
