New Delhi: A section of the residents of a housing complex in Maharashtra’s Thane district have objected to a man bringing a goat to his house for Bakrid. This has led to tension in the housing complex. After the incident that took place on Tuesday evening.
The police went to the housing society located in Bhayander area and held discussions with the residents. A Station House Officer (SHO) of Mira Road police station said that the police personnel calm down. The issue of bringing goats for Qurbani on Eid day was not easily accepted by many residents of the flat. A video of the incident has gone viral on social media platforms.
