New Delhi: Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar’s government plans to launch a pension scheme for unmarried men and women. Khattar on Sunday said his government is planning to launch a pension scheme for singles in the age group of 45 to 60 years in the state.
Khattar had attended the ‘Jan Samachar’ programme at Kamalpura village in Haryana’s Karnal district on Sunday. There, he faced questions from the public about the introduction of a pension scheme for unmarried people in their 60s. Reacting to this, Khattar said, “The state government is planning to launch a pension scheme for singles soon. The government will take a decision on the project within a month, he said.
