Imphal: In Manipur, a reserve battalion camp was attacked twice by a mob. Two people were killed by bullets and stones. Twenty-three people were injured. According to police sources, the mob attacked the camp of the 3rd Reserve Battalion in Thoubal on Tuesday and tried to loot bullets and weapons. During the argument, a Congress worker was killed in firing by a jawan of the Reserve Battalion. The mob then fled, but the jawan’s house was later set on fire. In the afternoon, clashes broke out when a large mob again attacked the camp of the Reserve Battalion. Two soldiers and 21 attackers were injured. The situation is tense.
