New Delhi: The country’s first women’s mosque syeda Zahra Bibi Fatima will be ready by the end of this year in Kapali Tajnagar, adjacent to Jamshedpur in Jharkhand. Only women will be able to offer namaz in this mosque. The entry of men will be completely prohibited. Let me tell you that, here all will be women from Imam to Darban. However, Islamic clerics say that women cannot perform Imamat (standing in front and praying). Therefore, opposition to this has also started, fatwas are also coming. This mosque is being built by social worker Dr. Nooruzzaman Khan.

He has been running a high school for poor girls for nearly 25 years by forming the Al-Imdad Education Welfare and Charitable Society. He is also the general secretary of the society. He says that when women can perform Haj with men, then what is the objection in going to the mosque. In this mosque, women will learn new aspects of life by following religious rituals without any restrictions as well as learning new things together. also
