In Jharkhand, if there is any officer more in the discussion than suspended IAS officer Pooja Singhal these days, it is Mithali Sharma. Mithali, who cleared the JPSC exam (Jharkhand Public Service Commission) at the age of 21, was arrested by the ACB team while accepting a bribe of Rs 10,000 during her first posting.
