It is alleged that in 2004-09, when Lalu was the Railway Minister, the Yadav family gave jobs to many youths from Basanda in Bihar in exchange for land. The same property has been seized by the Enforcement Directorate.On May 18, the ED had questioned former Bihar chief minister and Lalu’s wife Rabri Devi for five hours in connection with a land dispute case. Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav, RJD MPs Misa Bharti, Chanda Yadav and Ragini Yadav have also been questioned by the ED in the last few months.
