New Delhi: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has recently announced the schedule of the ODI World Cup to be hosted by India this year. The tournament will begin on October 5. While the Indian team will play their first match against Australia on October 8.
The biggest match in the World Cup is going to be between India and Pakistan. The match was scheduled to be held on October 15 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. But the news is coming that the date of this match has been changed.
According to sources, this match between India and Pakistan will now be played a day earlier i.e. on October 14. Apart from these, there are some other changes in the World Cup schedule. All these changes can be announced today (July 31). Let us know that all this change is being done due to the Navratri festival. October 15 is the first day of Navratri festival.
