Seven members of a family killed as bus collides with mini-van while on way to wedding in Rajasthan

New Delhi: A family was going to a wedding in a mini van. However, seven members of the family who were in the van died in the accident. The incident took place in Rajasthan’s Didwana-Kuchaman district.

According to police, the family was on their way to attend a wedding at Nagaur from Sikar district on Saturday. The mini-van collided head-on with a bus near Banthari village under Khunkhuna police station area. The impact of the shock was so great that the van was completely crushed. All the occupants were rescued by cutting the car door with a gas cutter. However, seven members of the family died on the spot. The other two were seriously injured. They were rescued and admitted to a hospital.
